Starting off, what is the desire, the lure of living in these United States? Why do immigrants desire to come to the bright and sunny shores of our United States?
Let us go back to the beginning, in the late 15 and early 16 hundreds researching other lands to find treasures were plots of Pirates and World Explorers seeking knowledge and wisdom. Most assuredly there were folks on a smaller scale, limited by the transportation available at their time of life. Small boats or ships then would only compare to the size of a small Yacht. Today the scrupulous tenets of the world arrive by land, sea, and air, most searching for a better place to raise a family or for better circumstances in life. But, how did The US of A garner such a choice?
Thinking back to the beginning, let's say the Pilgrims of 1620 landed at Plymouth Massachusetts, all of the immigrants came from Holland. Looking for religious freedoms, and where there was a great hunger in their region, these first settlers came from a cold and dreary place to a December with snow on the ground in Massachusetts. Onward, time goes, the Pilgrims lived amongst the natives of the land. Where the mass of people were the Indians who welcomed the new settlers, helping each other, exchanging ideas, seeds, and traditions all the while having to learn techniques to communicate with grace and polity.
The newly arrived immigrants brought their tradition of Worship, they founded their principles of faith as their highway to learning to survive in this new land while sharing their faith with the locals some came to believe in Jesus Christ as God.
Such as today, we celebrate our Christian Faith, perhaps not like the Pilgrims, but with the same enthusiasm. Many Immigrants today come to Our United States, whether legally or illegally for a chance to live better lives. Unfortunately, our government has allowed all to come in, for even with God there is justice where many have approached our gates with ill-gotten gains and other illegal activities, still, we Christians are to reach out in love, allow God to use you Christian to help another, even if you don't speak their language, our hope is they've prepared themselves to learn our English language. If that's not the case, do as the Pilgrims, Use symbols, purchase a language book, and learn some basics of their native language. Take an ESL (English as a second language) class, and learn how to teach the program.
Many of you are aware that the primary reason people love the States is the freedoms available to its citizens. These freedoms were written in the Bill of Rights and Our Constitution. What made the freedoms proposed and submitted to a group of peers of our founding Fathers in concert with the laws of the land and typical religion of God our Father and in His Son Jesus Christ. The uniformity of these truths was opposed by some, but the majority found favor and justice written in the Holy Bible, this same work of the Holy Spirit rode the waves of time and taught many a Believer His Holy Ways. This set in motion a scientific analogous.
